Toad Oil: A long-lasting evasion buff. Also important for some puzzles in the Masked Carnivale. Sticky Tongue: pulls enemies to you and stuns them. Learned from the Siren boss in Pharos Sirius. Learned from the Zu boss in Pharos Sirius Sonic Boom: A stronger and quicker ranged spell than Water Cannon (albeit at a higher MP cost). Learned from those penguin-looking enemies around Bloodshore in Eastern La Noscea. Flying Sardine: Deals almost no damage, but it casts instantly and Interrupts casts. Learned from various Stroper or Malboro enemies the lowest-level of which can be found in the Central Shroud. 2 that don't have diminishing returns are Poison and Malodorous (a damage down debuff that makes them weaker). Bad Breath: Hits enemies with just a slew of nasty status ailments. Learned from the larger Sabotender/Cactaur enemies north of Little Ala Mhigo. Very useful for dealing damage to enemies early on, can totally rinse low-level FATE targets, and can still be useful if you use Mighty Guard to boost your defense at the cost of your damage output. 1000 Needles: Deals exactly 1000 damage, divided evenly among the number of targets you hit. Learned from boar enemies in the Sylphlands in the East Shroud Bristle: Boosts damage of your next offensive spell very good to use just before a fight starts. Final Sting: Kills you to do massive damage to a single target. Can be useful to score a kill at the very end of Masked Carnivale fights. Self-Destruct: Kills you to do massive damage in an AOE.
